Paid Search Coordinator
COORDINATOR, PAID SEARCH
Our client, a NYC based Media agency, is looking for a Coordinator to support the team in implementing Paid Search strategy for clients. The Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and analysis of PPC strategy across our client portfolio. The role is dedicated to driving Paid Search performance through dailymanagement and implementation of strategy and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execution, optimization, and analysis of Paid Search accounts
• Effectively manage day-to-day client relationships (best practices, trends, PPC concepts)
• Communicate with clients directly
• Analyze daily performance to ensure campaigns are pacing to budget and performance targets
are met
• Oversee Search and Shopping campaigns, strategy, and execution
• Optimize Paid Search accounts to achieve client targets/KPIs
• Manage daily optimizations and reporting
• Manage campaign setup and budget pacing
• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and hygiene in client accounts and overall monitoring
of account health
• Ensure client reporting is accurate and delivered in a timely manner
• Contribute to the new business pitch process and support the sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year agency experience in Paid Search
• 1 year working directly in Google and Bing Ads
• Mastery in managing campaign across search engines (Google & Bing)
• Mastery of all basic PPC fundamentals
• Expert using and working with Google Analytics
• Google Ads Certification
• Highly organized and comfortable with working to deadlines
• Exceptional at multi-tasking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytically focused mind
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven time management skills
• Proactive and self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team
